Continue on your journey to the summit. Using our Stability in Motion Session 1 Retreat as a foundation, we will dive deeper into Stability in Motion and the first stake - grounding your body.
This will be a virtual session. It will be interactive and you will have time and prompts for self-reflection and group discussion. We will finish our time together with a one-hour integrated pause - grounding your body, quieting your mind, opening your heart and connecting to the spirit.

Stake 1: Grounding our Bodies - a deeper dive into the messages our bodies bring us, the effects of stress on the body, the energy of the body, ways to center and tend to ourselves, and the importance of breath.

Although our yoga practice will be light and accessible even for those who have never done yoga, we ask that if you have physical restrictions, please get approval from your doctor.
